Logging In Difficulties?

Your WebCampus Username and Password:

Your WebCampus username is your netID and the WebCampus password is the netID password.

For first time use of your netID, you will need to activate it. You can do this online at http://www.net.unr.edu/activatenetid/activatewithhints.aspx or you can stop by the Research and Computing Helpdesk located on the second floor of the Mathewson Knowledge Center.

Please note: Medical School employees and students are assigned a medID instead of a netID. If you do not know your medid or are having problems using your medID, call the Medical School Helpdesk at 775-784-3534.

Trouble Using WebCampus:

Please note that the WebCampus server is taken offline the FIRST SUNDAY of every month, from approximately 6 pm until 10 pm for regular maintenance and upgrades. Other downtimes may be necessary, but will be announced in advance.

If you are having trouble using WebCampus other than login problems, there may be a problem with your browser or other software on your computer. We recommend that you follow the steps outlined in the document Preparing Your Computer for WebCampus. (If you are using Internet Explorer 8, please see Preparing Your Computer for WebCampus with IE8.)

If WebCampus seems to running slower than normal, then deleting the Temporary Internet files in your browser may resolve the issue. In Internet Explorer, you can delete Temporary Internet files by selecting Internet Options from the Tools menu and then by click on [Delete Files] in the Browsing History section on the General tab. In Firefox, select Clear Private Data from the Tools menu.

Reporting Errors:

If you continue to have problems with WebCampus, after doing a browser check and checking the troubleshooting information, please submit an error report and you will receive follow-up regarding the problem.
